Esthetician & Skincare Specialist
Kayla Causey is a State Board licensed Esthetician in both New York and California, with over 18 years of experience helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, Kayla began her journey into esthetics in 2007 with dreams of becoming a makeup artist. But it was through working with clients that she discovered her true passion—helping people feel confident, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin.
In 2010, Kayla moved to New York City, where she spent 12 years honing her craft in some of the most prestigious settings in the industry. She worked with elite clientele, offering 5-star service at Leading Hotels of the World and the renowned Shibui Spa at The Greenwich Hotel in TriBeCa. During this time, she received extensive training in luxury skincare lines including Natura Bissé, In Fiore, Patyka Paris, and Circcell, and also worked as a freelance esthetician for Natura Bissé’s northeastern accounts.
Clients consistently praise Kayla’s intuitive, healing touch and the calming, restorative experience she provides. Each treatment is customized to meet the individual’s needs, blending advanced skincare knowledge with a sense of sanctuary from the fast pace of city life. Her signature approach combines expert technique with deep empathy, offering more than just a facial—it’s a moment of peace, care, and self-love.
Kayla has a special interest in clean and natural beauty, and she continues to educate herself on the latest techniques and product innovations. She is particularly passionate about addressing the unique skincare needs of African American clients, a group often underserved in the beauty industry.
Kayla is also certified in Oncology Aesthetics through Wellness for Cancer, enabling her to provide therapeutic skincare treatments that support individuals undergoing or recovering from medical treatments. Since 2016, she has volunteered at The Bowery Women’s Shelter in NYC, preparing meals and offering comfort to women facing hardship due to abuse, health crises, or job loss. For Kayla, skincare is more than surface deep—it’s a way to give joy, promote healing, and encourage self-love.
In 2025, Kayla returned to her roots in Los Angeles, where she opened her first skincare studio: Kayla Causey Aesthetics, located in the heart of Beverly Hills. There, she continues her mission to deliver thoughtful, customized, and transformative skincare with a touch of *charm.
